Blair has more than twelve years of experience providing assurance, accounting, and management advisory services to private clients in the Renewable Energy industry. Blair has extensive technical and practical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). She plans and actively manages engagements seamlessly between clients and internal teams across the country. Blair developed specialized industry expertise in executing assurance engagements with multi-billion-dollar corporate investors and sponsors investing in diverse technologies and infrastructures within the renewable energy industry. She has serviced clients focused on residential communities, commercial and industrial assets, utility scale assets, green field development, and engineering, procurement, and construction. She is also experienced in technical accounting matters including complex business combinations and asset acquisitions, investment accounting and consolidation, fair value accounting, hypothetical liquidation at book value evaluations, revenue recognition, complex equity and debt financing transactions, and leasing arrangements. Blair leads various firm initiatives including internal training efforts, campus recruiting efforts, onboarding of newly acquired firms, and championing various projects within the renewable energy practice.
