Areas of Expertise
Electric VehiclesEducational background: Environmental Engineering/UCLA, Clean Tech/ Stanford, MBA Finance/ Santa Clara University.
The name of my talk is "A Masterclass in Gas & Cash". From my environmental engineering background, I talk about the very specific sciences of physics and chemistry in the combustion of gas in an internal combustion engine. I talk about the multiplier effect as gasoline turns from liquid into a gas.
I then go on to discuss the innovative program I help manage Clean Cars for All in the San Francisco/ Bay Area that is on its 7th year helping more than 6,000 gas car owners retire their car and buy electric vehicles.
Finally, I talk about the Economics of Electric Vehicles.
The program itself has been getting national recognition from the National Transportation Research Conference, studied at Stanford and mentions on NPR. My message, retiring your old gas car for an electric vehicle is the most impactful action you can take in the fight again global warming.
